Returns & Refunds
Warranty
All consumables and supplies like ink cartridges, toners and
accessories are also warrantied by the respected manufacturer.
However, Lasertone Corporation will handle returns and replacements of defective
products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are
therefore encouraged to contact Lasertone Staff directly by E-mailing our
Customer Service Department at Support@Lasertone-Corp.com or by calling us at (800) 700-0733.
Exchange
If
you have an exchange for the same dollar amount and weight as the original
purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred unless previously advised by your sales representative.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the
address below.

Return
If
you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, contact your sales representative so that we may resolve the issue. Unless changes to our methods are authorized by your sales rep, any items returned must be re-shipped at your expense and you will
be credited for the item in the same form as the original payment type
minus your original Shipping & Handling Fees once the item is
received and proven to be in its Original State.
For
the Return of a Defective item, a Pre-paid Return Label will be
mailed out to you immediately. Once the item has been shipped by you
or your customer and received at our facility, a new item will be re-shipped to the
address specified. If the item is not received within (15) days of the
Label Delivery your account will be charged for the New Product, its
Shipping Cost and the cost of the Pre-paid Shipping Label.
Refunds
for items returned more than (15) days after the purchase date will be
in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original
shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the Item must be
re-shipped at your own expense.
Returns Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)
· A return authorization must be requested within (15) days of the invoice date.
· Lasertone shipping error.
· Defective on Arrival.
· Return freight must be arranged by you unless item has been proven defective.
· Returned products must be in their original packaging and sealed.
· Opened
and Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be less than
80% full on return will be charged to your account.
· If you choose the Replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately after the defective item has been received.
· Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.
If
your situation is not listed in this policy or you feel you have a
unique circumstance, please call Customer Support at 1-800-700-0733, (
M-F, 9-5 EST ) to discuss your situation. · For products that are
damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and submit an RMA Form which must be provided by your sales representative.
If you see outward appearances of damage while receiving the goods, you
may also choose to refuse delivery and inform Lasertone by e-mail at Support@Lasertone-Corrp.com or by phone ( 1-800-700-0733 ; M-F, 9-5 EST ).
